When I emailed to ask an expected delivery date, Caroline responded almost immediately and explained how to get the most expeditious shipping. Within 2 hours of placing my order with expedited shipping and an explanation in the notes section, I received an email that my order had already shipped. I received the awesome flag in 3 business days, a week before I needed to present it.
