I bought this for a Valentines Day gift for my boyfriend, and he loved it. It did arrived with a crack in one of the staves, I was disappointed.But they worked with me and I was able to exchange it for one w/o any damage. I was very happy with how they handled everything and would recommend them to friends and family.

I have wanted a Heritage Flag for some time now but didn't have the wall space available for one.

Then I found The Cask.

Upon ordering The Cask I cleared a space on my mantel for it and man does it look good.
The shipping was very fast, and the packaging was outstanding. I loved the presentation of the flag in the box and the extra sticker included is always a bonus!

The only thing I could count as a "complaint" is about the stand. It has two little flip out arms that hold the flag, one was cracked and had a little piece of wood behind the mounting screw fall out when I moved the arms into place.
I'm also not sure of the purpose of the notches in these arms.

Keep making a great product!
