Tonight I just received my small-batch Defender Flag and I must say I am thoroughly impressed! This is something I have been wanting since I first heard of the flags and I knew it was something to cherish before I even placed the order . I opened the box and was excited to find the flag exceeded my expectations. The imperfect nature and weathered look of this flag symbolizes the perseverance of the American warrior and the fact that they are the ones who run towards the gunfire, no matter the odds. I bought this for my husband as a retirement gift. He was retiring from the Army after 26 years and I knew he needed something really special. I wanted something that he would have forever and could be passed down to our children. When I picked it up I was amazed. It was so beautiful. And the craftsmanship was pure perfection. It still brings tears to my eyes thinking about everything he went through for our country. The look on his face when he realized what he was opening was priceless. I have never seen him more excited about a gift. He was speechless. It represents everything he believes in and fought for for so many years. The pictures on the website do not do these flags justice. It has been a conversation piece ever since.

Pictures don't do this piece justice. It is truly breathtaking to see the finished product. The feel, the sight, and the smell of it...unbelievable. It's been hanging in my office for only a week and every person (not exaggerating) that has even walked by the dirt and seen it has stopped and said something about it. It's a perfect tribute to Old Glory and those that defend her. Forget the price, having held it in my hand, I'd pay double!
